Tough Guise and Sex in America
Tough Guise starts off by explaining how men are seen in society majority of the time, when men were being asked what a real man is they stated "strong, independent, powerful, physical, intimidating, incontrol, etc... The box was a form that if you uphold that you are outside that box but if your known as wimp, wuss, fag, and sissy you were inside of the box. The video manly states on how mean are seen as tough, and was causes them to be known like this. A couple of examples where men learn it from are their families, community, and mostly media. Media was being used as a powerful tool to show men how they are suppose to be seen as. Latinos, Black, Asian, have their stereotypes on how they are as summed to be seen as of the societies point of view. Men are seen at a higher criminal rate than woman, this would have to common sense for one to know this. Without chaos men wouldn't be so high ranked in the criminal justice system. A woman's point of view showed that when men re around woman they show their true colors but around other men they show a different side thir tough side.Woman also have a fault on why men are always trying o be so tough, because it something that is expected from thm tosh ow to a URL, and if that wasnt the case men woul be different. But to sum this video up That all of this content shows "manly" roles are being played out, in society.
My reading didn't really relate towards my article "Sex In America", my article basically discussed how sex is seen in society. Studies shed that Americans that are not married tend to have more sexual patterns than when married. When married partners stay faithful to their partner. It showed that more young people having more sexual intercourse, but yet again all that stops when married(in some cases). But since it's not always that case, it's what led's to divorces, and former partners looking for new partners. In my opinion yeah society can be seen like this but not all of the cases are the same between men and woman.

The Hispanic Dropout Mystery
This was a very short article but it caught my attention. The article talkes about how Hispanic have a higher rate of dropouts than white or black Americans. It points out certain things on why Hispanics dropout, a few are: Hispanics that are born here in america have a higher dropout rate than immigrants do. I agreed with the proposal that Senator Jeff Bingaman was making, in order to help these kids out there has to be some type of program that will help them out from the continuous dropout rate from increasing. When th hpanicteens were asked why they lefft school, if wasn't too shadowing to me, because most teens either have a family to support or they have other household responsibilities to take car of. The article stated that " Hispanic parents don't demand as much of American schools as whites and blacks", wouldn't one think that probably that's the reason their is such a high dropout rate from Hispanics? Hispanics get critized alot but it isnt right, because one eouldnt like it i f it was happening to them. This article reminded me of my high school, because most of my schools dropouts were hispanic andbthe usuallydroped out, because they thought school was point less, or became teen mom's.In the end I believe everyone has the fault in cause of these drop outs, one can prevent these this fom happening one just has to really care for it.
